Houses are never rented to separate groups; if there are 6 or fewer people they will use Windward House and Leeward House will be kept closed.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Adjustments can be made during other times of the year. The rate includes twice-weekly maid service, all utilities, and telephone except for long distance. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. We cannot refund the deposit /full payment unless we are able to re-rent the property for the cancelled weeks. We therefore strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance. We request a $500 refundable security deposit with the final payment.
A 7% Tortola hospitality tax is added to the total rent.
